‘Happy Vijaya Dashami’: PM Modi, Amit Shah greet nation on Dussehra
Dussehra is celebrated across the country by burning effigies of the demon king Ravana, signifying the victory of good over evil.
On the occasion of Dussehra, a significant Hindu festival marking the culmination of Navaratri, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah extended their warm wishes to the nation.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to convey his regards, saying, “Best wishes to my family members across the country on Vijayadashami. This holy festival brings the message of ending negative forces as well as adopting goodness in life. Wishing you all a Happy Vijaya Dashami!”
