Janhvi Kapoor never skips an opportunity to astound us! Be it her red carpet look or casual avatar, the stunner can make even the most basic style look glamorous on her. The Dhadak girl has rightly become the millennial’s fashion icon and to inspire us once again, Janhvi turned into a style diva as she became the cover girl for the Femina Wedding Times. The 22-year-old put up an effortless show as she posed for the magazine’s latest issue.
This wedding season, orange is the new red and Janhvi’s tie-dye skirt and bralette in velvet demonstrate the same. Wearing Akanksha Gajria’s marvelous creation, the actress made the basic outfit work for her in a statement neckpiece and ring.
Reinventing tousled hair as the new sexy, Janhvi looked shaadi ready in Falguni and Shane Peacock’s lehenga. Her regal look in this heavily embroidered blue lehenga has our hearts. Pairing it with a three-fourth sleeve cropped blouse, the diva flaunted her toned midriff as she posed for the lenses.
Janhvi slayed in a two-toned corset ruffle dress by designer Shriya Som. The dramatic look was further completed with accessories such as earrings, bangles, and rings. For the special anniversary issue, Kapoor talked about her upcoming film Gujan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, her love for movies and acting among others.
The actress gave us several reasons to admire her beauty in this shot. Talking to the magazine, Janhvi said “I enjoy everything about the movies. You see, I am an escapist by nature so I enjoy portraying different people on screen.”
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor’s work kitty is full at the moment with movies like Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Takht, and Dostana. Helmed by Dharma Productions, Janhvi will be seen playing the titular role of IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena, the first female and Indian woman airforce pilot in combat. The biopic is scheduled to release on March 13, 2020.
