G20 Summit 2023 LIVE: Argentina President arrives in New Delhi to attend high-level meet
Argentina President Alberto Fernandez has arrived in India to attend the much-awaited G20 Summit, while Spanish President Pedro Sanchez will skip the meet after testing positive for COVID-19.
G20 Summit 2023 Delhi Live Updates: Eminent leaders from all around the world, including US President Joe Biden, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and French President Emmanuel Macron, are set to arrive in New Delhi for the highly-anticipated G20 Summit in New Delhi. The national capital, has been placed under unprecedented security ahead of the Summit, which is scheduled to be held on September 9 and 10.
India assumed the G20 presidency on December 1 last year and about 200 meetings related to G20 were organized in 60 cities across the country. The 18th G20 Summit in New Delhi will be a culmination of all the G20 processes and meetings held throughout the year among ministers, senior officials, and civil societies.
