HBSE Haryana Board Class 12th Result 2021 declared, 100% pass percentage

HBSE Haryana Board 12th Result 2021: A total of 1,14,416 boys and 1,06,847 girls have passed the class 12 exams. Students can check their results on the official websites- bsehexam.org or bseh.org.in.

Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Monday, declared the result of class 12 students. The pass percentage, this time, remained 100 per cent. The examinations were called off due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Announcing the result in a press conference, Chairman of the Board, Dr. Jagbir Singh, said, “This time, a total of 21,263 students passed. These included 14,416 boy and 6,847 girl students. Besides these, a total of 5,567 students also passed with compartment in Hindi language subject”.

Sharing the formula on which the result was evaluated, Dr. Singh added that “60 per cent marks were given on the basis of performance of students in their practical and internal assessment exams, 10 per cent were added on the basis of the marks obtained by the student in Class 11, while 30 per cent marks were given on the basis of score of a student in class 10. For finalising the results, schools were asked to upload marks of the class 10 and class 11 exams on the portal of the Board between June 28 to July 6. This examination was scheduled to be held in April, but could not be conducted due to Covid-19 and eventually the examination was called off. To rule out any discrepancy in the final result, the information uploaded by schools was checked twice, district-wise”.

He added, “ Out of total 2,27,585 students, the result has been declared for 2,21,263 students. These included 1,14,416 boys and 1,06,847 girls. There were 5,605 students who appeared as private candidates including 3,893 boys and 1,782 girls. The result was withheld in case of 1,338 students due to illegible uploading of their marks information. Their result shall also be declared within next 15 days. Similarly, the result for 3,376 students was withheld due to illegible marks information of their class 10th, while remaining students’ result was not declared because their names were struck-off by their respective schools”.

The pass-percentage for state board exams in class 12 in the year 2020 was 80.34 per cent (for school students) and 64.83 per cent (for private candidates). In 2019, the pass percentage was was 74.48 per cent (school students) and 57.61 per cent (for private candidates), while in 2018, it was 63.84 per cent (for school students) and 47.44 per cent (for private candidates).
