Leaked photos show Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan shooting Jawan song near Bandra-Worli Sea Link
Jawan actors Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara recently shot for a song sequence in Mumbai. Photos of director Atlee and choreographer Farah Khan from the set have surfaced on social media.
Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara recently shot a song sequence for their upcoming film Jawan in Mumbai. Photos from the shoot location have been leaked online by fans. Jawan, helmed by Atlee, is an action thriller due out on June 3. However, rumours are rife that the movie’s release will be pushed to October.
The leaked photos are most likely from the Bandra–Worli Sea Link in Mumbai, where the crew of Jawan reportedly shot a song sequence featuring SRK and Nayanthara on April 10. One of the photos shows Shah Rukh dressed in a white shirt. The song’s choreographer Farah Khan and director Atlee are also seen on the set. However, none of the pictures featured Nayanthara. On Tuesday, Farah also posed for a picture with the Bandra–Worli Sea Link in the background. The picture was clicked by Jawan’s cinematographer GK Vishnu. She captioned the picture, “Long time no Sea 😁 #shootlife #sealink #mumbai pic credit: @dop_gkvishnu.”
Jawan marks the Bollywood debut of Tamil star Nayanthara. Shah Rukh had earlier said that he had a great experience working with Nayanthara, and said that she is well-versed in several languages. In an interview with Connect, Nayanthara had opened up about her debut Hindi film. She said, “Because there’s a huge change in the industry. There are really some good Hindi movies working in South and South movies that are working excellently in the country, so the whole change has given me confidence. This would probably work in other states as well.”
Red Chillies Entertainment had earlier announced that Jawan will hit theatres on June 3, 2023. But film trade analyst Ramesh Bala recently claimed on Twitter, “#SRK – Dir #Atlee ‘s #Jawan release is being pushed from June to October.” The film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist.
