Car hits bike in Bhubaneswar, drags it for almomst a kilometre, video surfaces

It is not confirmed whether anyone was injured in the incident. The cops have taken note of the matter.

In the video, sparks are seen coming out from the car as it kept dragging the bike for almost a kilometer.
