Olympics Update: PV Sindhu wins Indians hearts. “The Badminton Champion” becomes the First Indian Woman to Win Two Olympic Individual Medals

Tokyo Olympics Winning Feed: The Badminton Champion won a bronze medal on Sunday, making her the first Indian woman to win two individual Olympic Medal.

The Badminton Champion, P V Sindhu won a Bronze medal for India after beating He Bing Jiao in the Badminton women’s singles on Sunday.

P V Sindhu had won Silver at RIO Olympics 2016 after losing the match to Spain’s Carolina Marin in the gold medal match (21-19, 12-21, 15-21). In Tokyo Olympics 2020, she settled for the Bronze after losing to Chinese Taipei’s Tai Tzu Ying in the semi-final (18-21, 12-21).

P V Sindhu the star shuttler has made history by becoming the first Indian woman to win two consecutive Olympic individual medals in the Olympics (RIO 2016 & Tokyo 2020).
