At least eight people were killed when a car collided with a truck under the Phupur Police Station area in Varanasi on Wednesday, police said.
According to officials, only a three-year-old could be saved. The incident took place at 7 am.
“Eight people lost their lives in an accident between a car and a truck at 7 am today under the Phupur Police Station area in Varanasi. Only a three-year-old child could be saved,” Phupur SHO.
